If you are a Windows user, then you should take the time this weekend to make sure your operating system is fully patched (via Windows Update) and that your virus scanner's definitions are up to date.

There's a new worm called Conficker C on the loose that has already infected millions of computers and is set to 'turn on' some particular feature (unknown as of right now) on April 1.

That feature could range from the benign to the outright destructive, so don't take any chances.
